Threats move as networks.
They adapt across platforms, borders, narratives, and audiences.
Women-led public-benefit capability institution
We help democratic actors understand malign influence, protect information ecosystems, and provide the capability to respond lawfully, safely, and measurably.
The capability gap
Information integrity is democratic infrastructure.
Malign influence is a standing infrastructure threat, not an episodic crisis. AI-amplified information threats lower the cost, increase the speed, and compress the response window for coordinated manipulation.
Agency for Humanity closes the gap between diagnosis and action—converting intelligence into coordinated response, durable institutional capability, and legitimate public value.
They adapt across platforms, borders, narratives, and audiences.
AI accelerates both the scale of manipulation and the cost of delay.
Democratic actors must build capability without abandoning democratic values.
Our public-benefit mission
Information integrity, women’s political power, and democratic resilience now rise or fall together. The next generation of civic defense must be women-led, technologically capable, legally governed, field-aware, and built to operate safely in high-risk environments.
Democratic resilience protects the rights and institutions through which people participate and hold power accountable.
We strengthen democratic institutions, civic participation, and the capacity to withstand malign influence.
Women’s influence and political power bring women’s crucial experiences and priorities into the decisions that determine public resources, services, and rights.
We support the safe, effective participation of women leaders and expand their civic influence.
Information integrity helps people judge what they are told and make informed choices.
We protect the conditions for trust, truth, human agency, and informed democratic participation.
What we build
Each offer strengthens a different part of the institutional capability chain—from perception and judgment to delivery, learning, and legitimacy.
Map actors, networks, narratives, vulnerabilities, audiences, and opportunities—and turn them into strategic choices.
Design and execute online and offline campaigns, coalition activation, field coordination, rapid response, and measurement.
Executive intensives, practitioner academies, simulations, playbooks, train-the-trainer programs, and implementation coaching.
Live monitoring, triage, partner alerts, rapid content, and coordinated response networks.
Assess maturity and design the systems, governance, technology, and implementation required for lasting institutional capability.
How we work
We move from perception to action without separating impact from legality, safety, learning, and public trust.
Founding-team experience
Our founding team has built and executed work in contested, censored, and high-risk environments—translating intelligence into public-interest campaigns, partner activation, trusted-messenger strategies, and measurable action.
Selected evidence and references are available under NDA, legal review, and partner-safety clearance.
Our operating doctrine
Lawful. Rights-respecting. Security-aware. Evidence-based. Public-interest focused.
Lawful OSINT, influence mapping, narrative analysis, public-interest communications, local partner networks, security-aware research, training, and measurable civic-resilience programs.
No impersonation, fake grassroots activity, undisclosed deepfakes, hacked or illicit data, doxxing, voter suppression, harassment, incitement, platform evasion, or deceptive targeting of vulnerable people.
“Capability without legitimacy is not public-interest work.”
The founder
Amanda Hite is an entrepreneur, strategist, and founder working at the intersection of technology, information, and social change. Over the past two decades, she has helped organizations navigate each major stage of the internet’s evolution—from the rise of social media to today’s era of artificial intelligence.
Agency for Humanity is Amanda’s fifth company, building on a career founding and leading high-growth, mission-driven businesses focused on digital transformation, strategic communications, research, and societal impact.
For much of the past decade, she has assembled and led elite multidisciplinary teams spanning open-source intelligence, cybersecurity, research, behavioral science, technology, strategic communications, and creative strategy. Her work brings these disciplines together to turn complex intelligence into coordinated action and measurable public value.
“The future will not be decided by who has the most information. It will be decided by who can turn information into legitimate public value.”
Founding partnerships
We work with foundations, civil-society coalitions, independent media, public-interest funders, investors, aligned businesses, and institutional partners seeking durable capability—not one-off campaigns.
